Younger Children-Years 1 to 4.
Early Preparation
The key to success is preparation and in our experience we have found that children who have solid foundations, prior to joining us in Year 5, are the most successful when it comes to the exam.
We are able to provide tuition for children aged 6-9 to give them the tools they will require for the fast-paced learning challenges of Grammar school preparation in Year 5. Children are exposed at an early age to exam style questions, in a subtle way, at an age appropriate level. We aim to build their confidence and focus on ensuring that they are equipped with the basic skills they will need to succeed.
Working alongside us to teach the younger children are Sarah and Graham.
Sarah has many years of teaching experience. Sarah works with our pupils from Years 1 to 3.
Graham has twenty year of teaching experience and has held roles upbeing a Head Teacher. Graham works with our Year 4 pupils.
Our team's warm and friendly approach to teaching provides a welcome, inclusive environment for all. Their pupils look forward to spending time learning new skills and having fun whilst doing so.
The year 4 classes follow the same format as Mark and Mandy to ensure that they are perfectly prepared for the final Grammar School preparation in Year 5.
